Walking tours depart from inside the Table Rock Welcome Centre, at the top of the escalators, by the benches and windows overlooking the falls. Guides will be wearing a dark blue "VOX CITY WALKS" uniform.
Skylon Tower , 5200 Robinson St, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 2A2, Canada
Visit Skylon Tower and use your ticket for general admission. Make your own way to the tower as your visit is NOT escorted by a guide.
Table Rock Welcome Centre , 6650 Niagara River Pkwy, Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6T2, Canada
You will need to exchange your voucher at the Table Rock Welcome Centre before you visit Journey Behind the Falls - the staff at Table Rock will give you an official ticket and entry time.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

For any Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour, at the latest, will get a full refund.

In case you cancel the tour upto 24 hours befor the trip you will be entitled to a full Refund.
In case of cancellations made within the last 24 hours of the Tour, your amount won't be refunded.

No trip change requests made less than 24 hours before the Tour's start time, will be made

The Trip's cut-offs will follow local time.

This Tour requires good weather conditions. In case of cancellation due to bad weather, you will have the option of a different date or a fll refund

Before your trip, the tour operator will send you an email with the official vouchers that you must carry with you to each activity.

Before visiting Journey Behind the Falls, you must exchange your PRINTED coupon at the Table Rock Welcome Centre. The Table Rock Welcome Centre staff will provide you a direct ticket and time slot for Journey Behind the Falls.

For entry to Skylon Tower, you must carry a PRINTED voucher with you. Visit Skylon Tower at any time between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.

The walking trip begins with the Table Rock Welcome Centre. Your guide can be found at the top of the escalators, inside the welcome centre, near the benches and windows overlooking the falls. They will be dressed in a dark blue "VOX CITY WALKS" outfit.

Please keep in mind that these are three distinct experiences; your tour guide will not accompany you to the attractions.
